  Fit eight pallets single stacked in a 20ft two pallet-wide reefer or 18 in a 40ft unit – that’s double the number of pallets you can store in a standard size refrigerated container.

• High Cube height

  Additional internal heigh of 2,695mm also allows you to double stack pallets to maximise the storage capacity allowing up to 16 pallets in a 20ft reefer or 36 pallets in a 40ft reefer.

• Consistent cooling

  Thermostatically controlled cooling with a -30°C to +30°C temperature range and even airflow distribution.

Climatight’s high cube two-pallet-wide refrigerated containers are available in two sizes:

• 20ft: Offers 5,450mm of internal length and a taller 2,695mm internal height to give you plenty of space for palletised goods.
• 40ft: With 11,584mm of internal length, this is Climatight’s highest-capacity refrigerated sea container, suited to large-scale cold storage.

Both sizes are available to hire or purchase in Australia. We offer next-day delivery to most Western Australian and South Australian metro areas, and global shipping if required.

Forklift-friendly loading

The flat floor and high cube format mean forklifts can drive straight in and place pallets without any awkward repositioning or manual hand-offs. Flush-mounted internal lighting keeps visibility high without creating hazards.

Hire or purchase

All our pallet-wide containers are available for hire or purchase. Hiring gives you flexibility for seasonal or temporary storage, while purchasing means you can customise your container or get permanent storage without building new infrastructure.

Delivery and placement

We deliver pallet wide refrigerated containers Australia-wide and can arrange international shipping. Rapid next-day delivery may be possible in Western Australian and South Australian metro areas. Within Australia, we offer the following delivery methods depending on your container size and site:

• Tilt tray: Slides the container on and off from the rear of the truck. Requires 15m of clear space in front of the placement area. Available for 20ft and 40ft units.
• Side loader: Loads from the driver’s side. Requires 6x16m site with 4.5m of clearance.
• Hiab crane: Lifts and places the container. Requires 5x10m of space and is available for 20ft containers only.

Before delivery, make sure your site has a flat, solid, well-drained surface with no overhead obstructions. Note that pallet-wide refrigerated containers need a wider area than standard containers. You’ll also need three-phase power with a 32A plug within 10m of where the unit will sit.

Each unit includes an internal emergency alarm and door release to protect staff. You can add ramps, lighting, strip curtains and shelving to suit your operation.
