Refrigerated Sea Containers Adelaide

Our 10ft, 20ft and 40ft refrigerated containers refrigerated sea containers are available in general purpose (GP) and high cube (HC) formats. High cube containers provide almost 300mm extra internal height over general purpose containers.

If you’re storing pallets, here’s how many you can store per container.

• 10ft: 1 pallet or 2 pallets stacked
• 20ft: 4 pallets or 8 pallets stacked
• 40ft: 9 pallets or 18 pallets stacked

We also supply two-pallet-wide refrigerated sea containers that are designed and built to fit two pallets side by side:

• 20ft pallet-wide: 8 pallets or 16 pallets stacked
• 40ft pallet-wide: 18 pallets or 32 pallets stacked

See the full specifications and measurements on the individual product pages for more specific details. If you’re unsure which size suits your needs, contact the team, and we’ll guide you through your available options.

Please note: Pallet capacity based on standard 1,165mm x 1,165mm Australian CHEP pallets. All containers have a maximum payload capacity, which may reduce the number of pallets that can be safely stored.

Most of our refrigerated sea containers run on three-phase power. As such, to ensure you can power your container, you’ll need the following at your delivery site:

• Voltage: 380/460V
• Amps: 32A
• Plug: 4 or 5-pin Wilco
• Frequency: 50/60Hz

Ideally, place the refrigerated container within 10 metres of the power source. If your site is located further away than 10 metres, call us before confirming your booking, and we’ll help you arrange a solution.

Yes. If three-phase power isn’t available at your site, a 15kVA generator is generally sufficient to run a refrigerated container. Please call us before confirming your booking to check and make sure.
